Shipping & Delivery
How and when your gifts arrive
Every order is planned backwards from your function date, with buffer days built in. We confirm a dispatch date in writing before production starts.
Production time
Personalised orders need 5–8 working days in the workshop after you approve the design proof. Large or fully bespoke orders may need longer — we will tell you upfront, never after.

Transit times are working days from dispatch and exclude Sundays and public holidays.
Bulk & event delivery
For orders above 100 pieces we can deliver directly to your hall, mandapam or temple on the morning of the function. Tell us the venue and the time, and we will coordinate with the organisers.
Tracking
You receive a tracking link on WhatsApp and email the moment your order is dispatched. If anything looks delayed, message us on 9445216457 and we will chase the courier ourselves.
Damaged or incorrect items
Personalised goods cannot generally be resold, so we do not accept change-of-mind returns. If an item arrives damaged, or does not match the proof you approved, send us a photo within 48 hours of delivery and we will remake or refund it — no argument.
